The story of our Company starts by our founder and board chairman Mahmut Akpinar’s starting in cheese merchandising in 1953. Akpinar has continued his business life with the foundation of Akpinar Kollektif company in 1957 and with the foundation of our company carrying out sheep cheese and classical cow cheese at Turkmenli, right in the middle of Ezine and Bayramic, in 1982.
Our factory is located at Turkmenli Village in Bayramic district of Canakkale, the city of famous epics in addition to its historical richness, green and blue scenery. Our factory has a daily milk processing capacity of 110.000 liters and employs 75 personnel. It is our aspiration to offer the highest quality by combining the total quality management with the philosophy that the success comes by liking what you are doing.
Although Feta sheep cheese and Feta classical cow cheese are the locomotive products of our Company, we are also carrying out the production of our regional cheese varieties coming from ancestors as a cultural inheritance. In all of our products, we are applying food safety management system starting with the milk as the raw material until our product meets with the end-consumer. With the belief that it is our consumers who determine the quality, we are receiving our support from you, the professors of taste.
Our Company is a member of industrial unions and associations such as Cheese Producers Association of Ezine, Union of Dairy, Beef, Food Industrialists and Producers of Turkey (SETBIR) and National Dairy Council and puts effort into bringing the dairy industry of our country to one step ahead.
